Nars Orgasm
This cult classic was a big, $25 bust on me. Definitely one I wish I'd have tried before buying (I ordered it online many years ago, consumed with beauty press hype).

It definitely doesn't work for everyone. I'm fair, with peachy undertones to begin with, and fair hair, so it works great on me.

Although, I do love this color for Spring and Summer, I felt that they made this blush out to be a miracle worker. Like it was going to turn you magically into a supermodel or something.

Yeah... I've had many busts with Nars products on the whole, including this one.

Didn't work on me either. No beauty product will EVER suit absolutely everyone, why do beauty companies (and journalists, who frankly, really should know better) persist in perpetuating these myths?
Interesting that Benefit are backing down from their claim that "You Rebel" suits everyone too, they've just introduced a "lite" version!

I love Nars in Orgasm. It's a great color and I think it works well with both fair and tan complexions. I also really like their gloss in Orgasm. Maybe give it another shot.

It's too orange and glittery for me, Sarah. Believe me, I wanted my money's worth - I tried to make it work!

I love this blush! I have fair skin and it gives me enough color so I never look "washed out". What I have found that works great with this color, is Bare Escentuals Pure Radiance All over face color. The other night I was out to dinner with my best friend and she stopped in mid conversation and asked what I was doing differently with my makeup because she loved the "glow look" I created using the two.

Oh, I loooooooooooove this color. I love it so much I bought the Mulitple of it, too, and those are so freakin' expensive I object to them on moral grounds. But this blush transforms me, and nobody else has ever done a good copy of the color so I can get it cheaper.

Big thumbs down from me, too. Very very orange and creepy. It almost looked like I had rubbed my face with Tang.
I do like the Nars multiples though. They are pricey but last forever.

This has been one of my staples for a long time, including the gloss!
