These Shu Uemura lashes are amazing. I totally wish I had the cojones to wear them, especially on a normal day of working and running errands. I want 2008 to be a year of outrageousness, and this would be an excellent way to start.
Nadine Baggott has a good review of the new Shu Uemura art of hair ceremony in London. I must invest in some of their products this year, as I've coveted them since I was a teenager but never know what to plump for when I'm at one of their counters. Any favorites?

I cannot live without my Shu Uemura eye lash curler. It gives you the perfect curl to your lashes.

the cleansing oils. very nice, especially as an alternate cleanser to use every so often, for when your skin feels like it does not want to be scrubbed. I am not a believer in the "waters" that you are supposed to put on your face after cleansing, but without a cotton pad. Logistics of that plan aside, they did nothing for me.
