Pallie Bags Marie Clutch

I have no idea who sent me this clutch - I assume it was a PR from some company or another, but I have no email records of who that might be - but I'm glad they did.

Clutches are a variety of bag I normally ignore completely, since I hate having my hands full. In fact, I almost gave this one away. Good thing I didn't, as it was so useful during my trip to Paris, when I'd carry it on nights out.

It's leather, lined with suede, and there are pockets inside for your credit card, plus plenty of room for your phone, a lipstick, and your keys. Perfect. But what sold me on it was the detachable wrist chain, which makes it so much easier to keep track of throughout the night.

It also costs $235. I'm not the sort of girl to pay that much for a bag I won't use very often, but if you are, I recommend this one.

having been mesmerized by Bag Snob recently, it is so nice to see other people also not finding a $2,100 bag a "cheap thrill of the day"...

PS I recently moved from London to outside Paris (well, 50km outside, rather Ile de France to be fair...) and I find myself loving your blog a little more all the time for the small glimpses of London I occasionally get by association. Thanks.
