Ellen Pompeo's bukkake hair at the Emmys
Hey, don't look at me - he said it. I just agree with him.
Also, if you're squinty to begin with, washing out your entire face by shunning color and embracing dead lips is probably not the way to go.
Ellen looks like a cross between Renée Zellwegger and Fergie...and I don't mean that as a compliment.
i really like her in Grey's Anatomy and can't believe she'd gone out supposedly ''dressy'' like that. the person who did her makeup should be slapped.

She looked awful - just strange. And she had Sci-Fi hair. And her eye make-up did nothing to help "open" her eye - it just added to the squintiness. She really didn't need such heavy liner and her hair should have been looser. Ugh.

I must admit, I wasn't a fan either of Ellen's hair. I barely noticed her dress and acessories, because I was in a bit of a shock, to be honest. The hair of Katherine Heigl and Vanessa Williams, on the other hand, was simple and clean. They shined!

Okaaay. Well, it's a bit reminiscent of Anne Bancroft a la "The Graduate" (may she rest in peace, loved her).
A perplexing combo of seductive + desperate. It's almost as though she wants to look older; has definitely seen better days. May I suggest Frownies?

I haven't liked her hair or makeup at ANY awards show she's been on since the beginning...don't get me wrong, I love Grey's Anatomy, but she is certainly not my favorite on the show - I don't care for the character or the actress who portrays her. I just don't think she's attractive either!
Just my opinion...of course!

I've got to say... her eyeliner ROCKS, but overall, she looks horribly pale, unhealthy, and her hair seems dry and powdered.
