I saw this photo, of me and my friend Elena in London this past weekend, and I did not think to myself, "Oh, GROSS, look how shiny my face is! DELETE!" I just don't care that much anymore. This is a small victory of sorts.
Instead, I noticed how askew my halter top is, and vowed never to wear the thing again. It's pretty sad when Britney Spears can navigate a piece of clothing successfully, while drunk, that I can't master while only on caffeine. This is a massive defeat by any measure.
Elena is a model and actress, but I think she would be best described as a born performer. (She is also a lawyer and fluent in French and Romanian, and probably many other languages.) This is still my favorite picture of her, ever.
Your face looks beautiful. And what a great haircut. We are so hard on ourselves.

Elena looks very similar to Angelina Jolie in the flickr picture. Very beautiful.
