Brad Pitt loves Carol's Daughter
Man, I bet the PR people who rep Carol's Daughter will be celebrating this one all weekend:
For white people who might be having a little trouble with black- person hair, Carol's Daughter is a fantastic hair product. We got it for Z. Now her hair has this beautiful luster. And it smells nice, too.
After revealing that he and Angelina Jolie are still looking for the perfect diaper rash ointment for little Shiloh, I'm sure they're going to be inundated with freebies from various companies. May I recommend Mustela Baby Vitamin Barrier Cream? I use it on my own (non-facial) skin irritations, and it works very well - with no medicinal smell.

LOL! It took me a minute to figure out what he meant by "White people having trouble with Black person hair". I have known White women with biracial children and the child's hair usually looked a mess because the mom had no idea what products to use or how best to treat the hair. My first thought is always, "Why not ask a Black person???" I'm glad he and Angelina like Carol's Daughter products - they're some of my favorites.

I have different cures for Shilo Nouvel depending on the cause.

Well this is just so very typical.
Grab some celebs, even ones that wear wigs (MJB et al..) pay them to rave about CD's products or offer them
shares in the company and ta-da increased share prices & more people purchasing in hoards.
One thing is nice, at least Brad is not going to slap a relaxer on his gorgeous daughter's hair - which is what a
lot of Black folks do. I'm of mixed origin and my black relatives are relaxed and all I see are scalp scars and
painful breakage of hair.
As for me I use Organic and Fairtrade products handmade by a British lady Anita Grant.
I used to like it when Carol's Daughter was underground, handmade in the kitchen, contained NO chemicals
and only a few Black people knew about her products. Now, Carol's Daughter is no longer handmade in the
kitchen, contains chemicals and is extremely expensive for the ingredients that are listed on the label. Come
on now - CORN OIL???!!! All the ingredients are the same on at least 80% of the products it's just the
fragrance and essential oils that change - but if it works for you then fine.
I'll be sticking with anitagrant.com, handmade, no chemicals, fair trade ingredients, smells good enough to eat
because she uses the natural scent of the ingredients and essential oils. Her products & ingredients are very
unique and the best thing is IT WORKS for my curly-ringlet and for relaxed heads alike.
Not a drop of corn oil ANYWHERE!
Lets hope that when celebs start to endorse Anita Grant's products that she won't go down the Carol's
Daughter route.
Just my opinion.
Thanks
Yaz

So many times all we need is the celebs to endorse a product and there it is, the best. Since Yaz's comment, is anitagrant maintaining it's integrity? Holla back with the truth.

Hm...I know I'm a little late in commenting on this but wow. I can't help but to be rubbed the wrong way. It kills me how white people talk about "black person hair." There are just so many things wrong with his statement on so many levels. But I'm glad Carol's Daughter has been flourishing.
